Here's an interesting podcast from the radio show "Q" - on the possible overdiagnosis or overtreatment of ADHD in North America.

It's related to some of my recent posts on ADHD-like symptoms - and although we aren't exposed to the same level of pharmaceutical advertising that US citizens are, I'm inclined to agree that the environment (e.g., the overstimulation from video media) probably contributes to the rising symptom rates.
